Just a Quickin'

I have a couple of art related items I'd like to share with you folks.  It's so funny the way this business works, and I'm sure it's not entirely specific to freelance art, and happens across the board, but it seems to me.....and correct me if I'm wrong here.....but it's always hurry hurry hurry up and wait.  I work my tush into a frenzy getting projects done and then I sit and wait for said design or poster or album artwork to come out and make me dazzlingly famous.  That's what I'm (fingers and toes crossed) wishing for.  But alas, I have a couple of quick things to show you!

I was commissioned to do a logo and etsy banner for the lovely and amusing folks over at Boom Vintage.  Check out their facebook page and you can find my logo plastered all over the place!  Woot!
They also acquired my skills for an etsy banner.
Not sure if you can tell, but they thanked me for my designs on their etsy shop page. I'm sure I have them to thank for the recent boost in traffic to my own shop page.  Thank you!  Follow the link and take a look at all the fantastic vintage wears they have for sale!  J'adore.

Next up, a couple of tees I designed for Wolves Kill Sheep.
Elvis, who runs the company, asked me to come up with a couple drawings a few months ago.  I've been waiting with baited breathe to see them completed (this is only my second time I've had my work printed on fabric, so it's pretty thrilling).   The website has each contributors bio, just click the "artist" link on the main page.  Each shirt will have the artist's signature printed on the inside collar, which is really cool.

I'm working on several other projects right now, so stay tuned!  I'll try to post again soon.

Hope you have a sweet Valentine's Day, whatever that means to you.
For us, it means getting a couple of these bad boys from Killer Burger, and sitting down and watching some movies.  Heaven.
